About

Lisa is an energy healer.While experiencing a life-changing illness in 2017, Lisa embarked upon a personal healing journey and began to study alternative and holistic healing methods.Her deep curiosity ultimately led her to train with The Four Winds, where she received certifications as a Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine and in The Rites of the Munay Ki. She also studied with The Foundation for Shamanic Studies (The Way of the Shaman; Shamanism, Dying & Beyond; and The Wisdom of the Shamans) and is attuned as a Reiki I.Lisa brings a grounded, intuitive presence to her work, helping clients feel seen, supported and connected to their own inner wisdom.

Illumination: Do you want to uncover and heal energetic blocks related to trauma, loss, limiting beliefs and other negative emotions that hold you back from living the life of your dreams? In the Illumination process, Lisa energetically assesses your chakra system, clears blockages and helps you process the session to allow healing to continue. (45 min)Extraction: During the Illumination process, Lisa may uncover energies or entities that require Extraction. Working carefully with Spirit, we remove these energies or entities from your energy field, helping you to heal.
(75 min)Guided Journey Regression & Illumination: Lisa will guide you on a shamanic drum journey to uncover information from past lives, which is then released during the Illumination process. (85 min)Soul Retrieval: When we suffer a significant loss, endure a traumatic event or situation, or have long held onto limiting beliefs, a piece of our soul can break away and hide. In the context of the Illumination process, Lisa journeys to undertake a Soul Retrieval, recovering this healed piece, so you can become whole again. Soul Retrieval typically takes place after one or more sessions, after the client has been engaging in healing activities, as this piece needs to feel safe to return. (90 min)Fight or Flight Energetic Reset: Do you struggle with anxiety or have difficulty finding calm? In this session, Lisa will reset your nervous system energetically by aligning your heart and sacral chakras. Following the reset, we process your experience and pull an Oracle Card for guidance.
(15 min)Shamanic Drum Journey: Are you seeking clarity, inner guidance or a deeper connection to your own wisdom? During a shamanic journey, Lisa guides you into a meditative state using the rhythm of the sacred drum, carrying you beneath the surface of ordinary awareness to access the insights, healing and guidance that live within you. Whether you are navigating a crossroads, processing a difficult experience or simply feeling called to go deeper, the drum journey creates a powerful space for your soul to speak. (Virtual only; 30 min)Oracle Card Reading: Using the Mystical Shaman Oracle, Lisa provides guidance on one specific question related to your healing journey.

In shamanic tradition, power animals are spirit allies who walk beside us, offering protection, wisdom and specific qualities we need to embody at this point in our soul's journey.In this experiential workshop, you'll pair up and journey to retrieve a power animal for your partner, then take turns installing these animals in each other. We'll close by journeying as a group to merge with our newly installed power animals.We'll explore:* What power animals are and why they come to us
